Great news, this is one of those reviews where I say how great it is while listing off all the things I altered. Changes: gluten free pasta (chickpea based for protein), subbed lemon balm for the mint, added bacon. Served with a drizzle of balsamic. Came together super quickly as we already had leftover bacon, and was very flavorful and satisfying. Really liked the cashews in particular which stood out as I don't always like nuts in savory meals. Would make again.
