SO GOOOD ! Followed advise to cut amount of balsamic vinegar and it worked well ♥️ I used meat with bone in. The taste profile is rich, deep flavour with soft fall off the bone meat. And love the idea of using half baby potatoes, so its not overly mushy and remain fluffy. Will repeat for sure.
