This was super tasty! I added heavy cream because I like mine creamier. I also added a few red pepper flakes for a kick. I didn't feel like getting my food processor out so just used my immersion blender so it was a little chunky. Honestly, I think the stock could have been omitted all together resulting in a richer depth of flavor and a thicker soup. I think I will omit it next time.
