This is an amazing recipe! To get pumpkin puree, I just wizzed up some leftover roasted pumpkin that was already turning mushy. You might think that you need to add in flour, but trust me, you don't. They turn out perfect, and so so fluffy! I also added ¼ teaspoon of each of ginger, allspice, and cloves to give it a pumpkin spice taste. I may add slightly less chocolate in future. Summary: yummiest and best way to use up leftover roast pumpkin!
