Forgot to take a picture but if you use a dessert spoon to measure each patty out, they look pretty much the same as the online photo. I swapped breadcrumbs for almond flour, added red pepper flakes and forgot the Worcestershire sauce, which I do think would have benefited this recipe, however they were still very tasty indeed. I actually fried them off and then warmed them up later in the oven and they were fine. I also made the home made tartare sauce linked in the recipe online but I substituted 90% of the mayo for Greek yoghurt and it was also delicious. You need to play around a bit with the lemon measurements and I also put in a dessert spoon of pickle juice.
Would definitely make these again, it’s a really nice way to have your salmon a bit differently. And I highly recommend the tartare sauce to go with them. It also makes quite a lot of patties. I ended up with 16 patties from 2 x 200g salmon fillets.
