← Replies in Elote (Grilled Mexican Street Corn) Recipe

Mi primera vez haciendo elote. Had to use Parmesan cause I didn’t have cotija. Haven’t grilled corn in quite a while so gotta perfect that technique a bit. Can’t say it was as good as I remember it in Mexico but it was still fun to try making.
