I am NOT a baker at all. I really wanted to try this. I used a bit too much juice. I added one fresh orange juice to my glaze. I shouldn't have. But that was my own fault. Still, it was very sweet, moist and delicious! I can't believe I made that! It slid right out of the pan. How fun! I will make it again.
