I love purchasing two large packages each of boneless chicken breast and thighs for shredded chicken to freeze and use in so many easy weeknight meals! This came out exactly as it should have! I forgot to take a great picture of it, but it comes out just like the recipe pic!
I froze it after it sat in a luscious broth from pressure cooking all of it! I use Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken for my dish. It is the best! It came out beautifully juicy! I pressure cooked for 13 minutes, and though the chicken was juicy, it was borderline, so go with 12 minutes and let it naturally release for moisture! Health score is pretty good at 7.5!
