Freaking banging. I made it lasagna style cause I couldn't be bothered to roll them. I also didn't have enough tofu so I chopped some broccoli and mixed it all in. It definitely needs the almonds. I substituted the nutritional yeast for mozzarella cause that's what I had. 30 min in the oven at 180, it tasted amazing!
Note to self: stick to 9 olives.
