Amazing. Served up to friends and it disappeared. Replaced dressing with a good drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar and 100% recommend that instead. Used ordinary good quality mozzarella from Costco and it was delicious. Added rocket salad. Forgot basil unfortunately but it was still delicious.
