A nice change from Mexican dishes this past week and into some ginger and garlic for a little Asian spin. Grilled to perfection and served with the marinade that I used to make a glaze! I added a bit of cornstarch to thicken and it was served with the air fryer Honey Soy Glazed Carrots and grilled pineapple! A winner for dinner! These are simply an easy addition to my meal plans!
