← Replies in Slow Cooker Pork Loin (Fall-Apart Tender with the Tastiest Sauce!) Recipe
Decided to cut up a Texas sized Pork Loin for portioning out to the freezer in Food Savers! Pulled a couple out for the grill and marinated in a Sweet Mesquite Brown Sugar Bourbon spice with bourbon added and a bit more of brown sugar. I don’t think I really followed the recipe very close lol! I could cut my pork almost with a butter knife! Not really, but you get it. They were juicy and tender on the grill for about 15 minutes! A definite regular for busy people. I served it with a Mexican Corn Elote and Mac and Cheese salad leftovers! A variety of flavors on this easy Saturday night!
