I absolutely love a Naan flatbread pizza as a weeknight “save” with all that stuff in the fridge we haven’t finished! Here, we had thick cut bacon that I air fried for topping once the pizza was cooked. First, I lightly brush all the surface of the bread with olive oil and minced garlic - a must!
Of course, I finished mine with an extra drizzle of ranch dressing! 👏😆
I didn’t have any milk for my Ranch Dressing powder so I substituted water with some melted butter - the trick! I had air fried some cherry tomatoes for about 15 minutes with smoked paprika and a hit of cayenne, and we these are fun to do together. We added fresh Mozzarella cheese, fresh chopped jalapeños, sliced red bell pepper, I used a food saver pack of the shredded chicken breasts I did in the pressure cooker for quick and easy meals!
This is a keeper!
