I had to make mine in an electric skillet, but it turned out fantastic! The sauce even turned thick and coated the meat well! I'm super glad this was the recipe I chose! I'm sure it's just as good in a Crock-Pot! The amount of leftovers depends on how many pieces of meat vs how many people are eating, so if it's only one or 2 people eating, you may or may not have leftovers, based on true portion sizes. With this one, if you can handle it, you'll want more than one piece of meat! LOL
