Those are not Japanese Pancakes. And ratio of ingredients is wrong. Never add oil to pan. Use a non-stick pan and add fat into your batter.
6 eggs
450ml milk
300g flour
14g baking powder
7 tbsp sugar
7 tbsp oil/melted butter
Rum/Lemon/Vanilla essence
Whisk eggwhites fo foam, incorporate in the blend. Pour in pan, 2 times for each cake. Add a tsp water to make steam. Cover. Cook on medium-low.
