Didn't have any plain flour so I used self raising and omitted the baking powder. Added 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and almost 1/4 tsp cardamon. Only had 1/3 of a lemon so made the rest us with lime. Finally only added 90 grams of sugar. Really pleased with how this turned out despite all my changes! Definitely sweet enough for us but we're used to reducing sugar in cakes. My toddler enjoyed helping to make it. It was quite a dense texture but delicious.
