This was a very easy recipe to follow. I added a package of Uncle Ben's Mushroom Risotto because otherwise I wasn't going to use it, and I added some olives to give it a little Mediterranean kick and it worked, gives it a distinct taste. Also my first time successfully making gravy. I've tried smothered pork chops in the past but this recipe was so much better, hands down. It turned out great!
