Halved the recipe and made 4 loaves. Was quite good. Place the mini loaves on a cookie sheet - it stuck the bottom pretty bad so I'll have to lightly spray it next tome to prevent that. Was good overall! Took less time than a standard meatloaf, so that's a win!
