It was mediocre. Don't make this recipe unless you love overwhelming amounts of tomato. I wouldn't even bother trying to modify this recipe. It's not bad, just not worth it in general. The pan size is way off also. I made this for two and had to transfer to a deeper 12 inch pan toward the end. It will also dirty a lot of dishes just to measure all of the ingredients.
