First time making gnocchi. Came out a little soft but I think that could be a combination of slightly too big pieces and the fact I couldn't get Russets here in the UK and had to substitute King Edwards. Room for improvement but my partner and our friend both said they liked it overall so I'm pleased. It was good to have a nice simple recipe otherwise because making the gnocchi took me about twice as long as the recipe indicated
