it's was pretty good. I boiled the cauliflower for about 4 minutes before covering it in the sauce. also added a pinch of msg for umami flavor. everyone liked it and between 3 of us we finished the whole 9x12 dish. my main criticism is that the sauce was very liquidy after baking for 30 mins. this could be partly because I parboiled the cauliflower so it had some water in it, but the sauce wasn't very thick to begin with. overall good, but wouldn't be a dish I'd make if i wanted to impress anyone.
