The key is using only 360g box of orzo
I would use homo milk at minimum. I used 1/2 and 1/2. I also added a 1TBS of Italian season and a 1TBS spoon of chili flakes, diced onion and 5 pieces of bacon.
In a dutch oven, add bacon until pretty Crispy. I added half a diced cooking onion, finely chopped garlic and let that slightly brown. I then added mushroom ( I used both white and cremini) honestly the cremini ones are the best as they are meatier. Salt and pepper
After mushrooms soften, I added orzo, scrapped bottom and stirred for a minute to lightly toast and soak up the flavours. Then add 2L cream and 2l low salt chicken brother. Let boil lightly, put on low and for 10 min.
Check orzo is soft.
Take off heat. Add grated parm (I use fresh but Kraft I’m sure is fine) and diced up spinach then added chili flakes, Italian seasoning and more S&P to taste.
