best single serve i've tried yet. made with substitutions and additions. avocado oil instead of butter, vanilla bean paste instead of white sugar + add deeper flavor since recipe doesn't call for vanilla extract, 1 full yolk instead of half (because i couldn't be bothered), 1/2 tbsp extra of flour + teeny more baking soda to compensate for additional wet ingredients. baked 10 mins. not too sweet but in well-balanced way. really took care of my craving. very easy.
