This dish was delicious!! It is the ultimate fall comfort food, the sage and garlic take the Mac and cheese to the next level!!! Served in the pumpkin, it was so elegant, too! I made it without the meat to be vegetarian, and it was still full of flavor. I plan to make it to serve at Thanksgiving. All the family will be home, and I plan to make a double batch with one larger pumpkin and multiple smaller ones. So delicious and whimsical! 🍁
