This was a filling and enjoyable accompaniment to salmon. I will make other again in future, it’s a great way to add protein and healthy fats to a meal. I also substituted some of the mayo for Greek yoghurt. Like the other person said, it’s definitely missing something. It lacks depth. I will still make this a regular going forward though and will try to figure that out. Paprika, coriander or a smashed garlic bulb maybe. Or some Parmesan.
