Delicious! Didn't change a thing, and it came out great! I was worried that it would be too salty, but it was perfect. Tip: After baking, tip your sheet pan and drain grease while still in the oven. *Make sure not to overmix your meat.* Served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and veggies.
