The sauce was delicious! I used blue stilton, and I've never had a cheese sauce like it. It's really rich, though my hubby enjoyed it, he would've preferred the sauce to be a bit thinner as it turned out quite thick.
I am keeping this in my box of tricks for sure 😊👍💜
