It's very nice and easy to throw together, too. It was fun doing the flambé, and hubby really enjoyed. Will be doing this again, and as it doesn't take long, it can be done on a week night.
I cooked for just me and hubby and used 1 tsp Worcester sauce and 2 tsp of mustard. I may use a bit more mustard next time, but that's just my preference. The steaks were perfect! 😊💜
