This is a favorite in my family. I make it faster and easier by using a rotisserie chicken or just chicken breast. I replace the 1/2 C of trimmings with butter, Sautee the veggies in butter before adding the bisquick. I use chicken broth in place of the cooking liquid. I have yet to serve it to anyone who didn't love it. Even the MIL who kept trying to tell me I was making it wrong loved it.
