I added half a tablespoon of tomato puree and a red wine stock cube instead of red wine. I reduced the chilli flakes to 1/4 of a teaspoon as it would have been a bit too spicy for my liking otherwise. The sauce thickened nicely after awhile I just gave it time. I sauteed the chorizon with a finely chopped red onion. Would definitely make again. I have some left over for my lunch for the next couple of days too!
