Soo delicious! A few things I did to make it not so rich: 1. Used ground chicken, and mixed it with a homemade Italian sausage seasoning. You can look it up— so many recipes! 2. Cooked the tortellini SEPARATELY, I didn’t want it to get over-cooked in the soup, wanted to control how much I got, and for leftovers too, keeps better. 3. Didn’t add heavy cream, instead a dollop of ricotta at the end on top and it melted in. Soo good and cozy! Very flavorful broth!
