Worked out well. I made it mostly with spelt flour and this might have had an influence on the stickiness as I used significantly more flour (mostly all purpose flour) than was stated. Despite this it worked, yet a bit more dense then I would have preferred which can likely be attributed to the amount flour that was added. The recipe yielded maybe around 8 or less cinnamon rolls.
