I loved this. I followed the other suggestions of cutting back on the vinegar and sugar. I eyeballed about half of each, and then added water to make about 2 cups total of all ingredients in the sauce. I also used a lot more soy sauce, probably a little under a quarter cup of it.
My boyfriend lived it so much he was kind of upset that I didn't make more rice lol... I made 4 servings of rice! Apparently it wasn't enough for him 😂
