Pretty good, everyone liked them. They didn't puff up huge for me, I will try filling the muffin tins more next time. Bottoms were a little chewy but people liked them that way. The recipe needed salt and I am surprised there isn't any called for. They were definitely lacking salt. Maybe try 1/2 tsp.
