I started making Focaccia with Lacey, I am so grateful to her. Her recipes are easy to follow and successful. When pumpkin Focaccia was released, I thought of twisting it to something from my culture, Dates. So this is Focaccia with dates, I switched pumpkin spices with a mixture of Zafron, cinnamon and cardamom. The result was amazing, the ingredients were very much in harmony and the texture of the dough was soft and puffy. It was less crispy outside than normal savory Focaccia, but still very flavorful.
