I should probably bake longer at lower temperature; had to put some foil over the top at the 45 minute mark because the top was getting pretty browned but the middle hadn't reached 160 yet. I mixed the filling components in 2 batches because my biggest bowl isn't big enough to fit it all at once.
I like the overall recipe, but it was a bit bland. Next time, I'd add more spinach, a bit more salt and pepper, and maybe double the dill.
Update 6/1/25: used 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt (3 small tubs), 24 oz frozen spinach, 24 oz mushrooms, about 6 Tbsp dried dill (1 entire tin). Mixed everything up in my largest pot, so I could work in 1 batch. Baked at 400 for about 50 minutes covered in foil (I stuck it in at about 250 F while it was still warming), then uncovered for another 15-ish minutes, and that was about right. Still a bit bland; could use more salt, pepper and dill.
