My husband didn't think he liked foccacia... Not anymore! The extra notes regarding oven temperature, rising and baking times are helpful. Wasn't as crunchy as I hoped but will bake longer next time. We live at high altitude and need to add time to most recipes. I thought there was too much olive oil but that dough just sucks it up as it bakes! Yum!
