I doubled the recipe and cooked it in 4 small loaf pans.  I did not have marjoram or quick oats so I substituted Italian seasoning and plain bread crumbs.  I used shredded zucchini, chopped frozen spinach and mushed up cooked carrots.  I squeezed out the water from the veggies before adding them into the mixture.  My daughter is allergic to dairy products so this was a delicious dinner that the whole family could enjoy.
