Turned out beautifully! Might just make these instead of the all-purpose-flour brownies i usually make (uses tapioca per recipe)!
My first timer sadly didn’t go off so I didn’t tap out the bubbles and then they probably ended up cooking too long- but despite being a wee bit crumbly, they aren’t dry!
Didn’t have coconut sugar, so I used granulated and halved it. They’re definitely a more dark chocolate tasting brownie but definitely sweet enough! I think if you used unsweetened baking chocolate and all the sugar you might also be fine.
Oh and I added about 1/4 tsp salt! (Kosher was all i had) and I would do again!
