Very easy, and quite tasty. Both the honey and the salt can be readily adjusted to taste, but this is a mild vinaigrette and a little on the sweet side (the way I like it).
I did add an extra splash of vinegar, and a bit more salt to my own taste.
I’m using it for a chicken marinade, will update later with results.
