Very easy, and quite tasty. Both the honey and the salt can be readily adjusted to taste, but this is a mild vinaigrette and a little on the sweet side (the way I like it). I did add an extra splash of vinegar, and a bit more salt to my own taste. I’m using it for a chicken marinade, will update later with results. Used this as the basis for the Maple Mustard Chicken recipe from the Ilona Andrews website (I’ve saved it to Samsung Food), and the verdict was: The taste is slightly sweet, and tangy, with a nice juicy chicken. Time adaptations need to be made if you’re using chicken breast (it cooks faster), and it should absolutely be served with sides that help mop up the very tasty sauce!
