Easy to make. Cooked it on slow for 6 hours. I didn't have boneless so I just used regular chicken thighs. After cooking, I took the chicken out and put it in a skillet. I put the skillet in the oven and broiled it on low for 5-10 minutes. I turned the remaining juices into a sauce by adding cornstarcn and drizzled it over my chicken and rice. Very yummy. Added cut up bell peppers!
