This was so good, a bit time consuming but if you maybe prepped the butternut squash beforehand or used bagged frozen butternut squash it would be easier! It was delicious though! Also my toddler loved it (we told her it was mac and cheese) and we added sausage for additional protein.

Yum, thank you for sharing! I agree preparing the butternut squash is the most time consuming part of the recipe but it would be much faster with pre-cut butternut squash as you mentioned!
