Whoo! This might be the sexiest-looking Lacey-Focaccia made yet!! I've only used her same-day focaccia recipe, but this one turned out BIG! I added a little mozzarella for part of the shredded cheese portion, just a personal preference. Also added some parmesan to the topping, and to the loaf at the par-bake stage, and put it back into the oven for two minutes after piping in the cream cheese mix. Heck! This one is impressive. It's not even totally cooled off before writing this review. Not to worry, my friend and I ate two huge chunks before then.
