This was my first pipe-in-the-filling-focaccia. It did not disappoint. Dang, Lacey! You've got me making wilder and wilder focaccias! I thought the garlic cheese recipe was stunning, and it is, but these fancy renditions have me committed to the crowd pleasing.
The bunch of spinach I purchased had me a little short, I will make sure to get enough next time, the color and taste is worth it.
