Made with boneless thighs, marinated in Rao,s Pesto for 4 hours. Flavor was a mild pesto flavor, chicken was very tender and juicy. Would go well with a really garlicky side. This did splatter a LOT in my oven, you should plan on wiping it down or you’ll set off the smoke detector the next time you bake something.
