Instant favourite. The source of the recipe is a weird Facebook page and the image doesn't really look like the actual food, as there is nothing red in it, but this tasted amazing. I cut the chicken into tiny cubes and marinated it for a few hours in enough sauce to cover it. Added the rest of the sauce towards the end of cooking. Next time I'd make more sauce.
