I left out the dry red wine fresh rosemary, bay leaves and vegan worcestershire sauce. I feel like the recipe at the core is quite easy and I took too long to make it. I could make a simplified version of this, leaving out a number of ingredients while probably yielding similar results.
I would make this again, it did come out pretty okay, it is not filling enough on it's own despite having almost 400 calories so ideally there is some kind of side to go with it.
I reheated it in the microwave which does work, but the lentils reheat faster than the mashed potato, which takes a few minutes, so ideally, the oven would be used to reheat this dish.
