Added a few things to really help it pop and make up for the stuff I did not have.

Edamame
Peas
Tomato sauce instead of diced
Cherry tomatoes
Feta
Missing
Ground coriander
Fresh parsley
Canned diced tomato
Meal came out creamy and rich with flavor making it perfect for a cold winter day. Would really pair well with toast or sandwich to the side.
