A fantastic cake! I always add more nuts than stated (100g) and toast them in the oven before baking (200°C for 4 mins.). They're more flavoursome done that way. For the filling I used soft brown sugar instead of icing sugar and added some cooled, strong instant coffee to my personal taste.
