As you notice, the spices don't have measurements, so you can add more to improve the overall taste. Not using rotisserie chicken really cuts the flavor, unless you highly season your shredded breast. Also, rotisserie chicken is quite oily, so I would add some butter. If it were me, (sorry, I don't know how much leftovers you have, so no measurements) I would melt some butter in a pan, possibly a tablespoon, maybe more, and add lemon pepper, plus the seasonings called for in the recipe. Warm them up until they have a good smell, and are a little brown.
